Re: Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of 75 Kilometre F3 Farm Track Roads in Eleven Districts – SLE-2000001544-0083-W-ICB

The Invitation for Bids (IFB) document aims to engage eligible bidders for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of 75 kilometers of Farm Track Roads across eleven districts in Sierra Leone. The project is part of the Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (AVDP), funded by several international organizations, including the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Adaptation Fund. The project aims to enhance rural livelihoods and climate resilience by improving farm access and infrastructure.

Bidders interested in submitting a bid shall purchase the bidding document against payment of a non-refundable fee of SLE1,200 or USD50 by sending an e-mail or letter, giving full contact details of the bidder, to avdppmu@gmail.com. This will ensure that the bidders receive updates regarding this bidding document. Payment shall be made to the Agricultural Value Chain Development Project through Western Union Money Transfer, RIA, MoneyGram (Attention Debora F. Bangura), or  in the following account:

  • Bids must be delivered electronically to the PMU via the link  below and in the manner specified in the BDS ITB 25.1, no later than noon GMT on 3rd December 2024
