Before you bid

How the process works

Step 01

Download the documents

Every notice below links to its full bid document. There is no charge and no registration required to obtain it.

Step 02

Ask clarifications in writing

Questions go to up to seven days before closing. Answers are circulated to all bidders who downloaded the document.

Step 03

Submit before the deadline

Sealed bids at the PMU office by the stated time. Late submissions are returned unopened, without exception.

Step 04

Public opening and award

Bids are opened publicly and bidders may attend. The award, the supplier and the contract value are published on this page.
