Consultancy for the Supervision of Additional 75Km of Farm Tracks
The consulting services (“the services”) include providing independent technical oversight to ensure that the rehabilitation or construction of farm track roads is carried out in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, environmental and social safeguards, contract conditions, and agreed timelines. The Consultant supervises day-to-day site activities, monitors workmanship and material quality, verifies measurements and progress, certifies interim and final payments, assesses variations and claims, enforces health, safety, and environmental compliance, coordinates with contractors, project teams, and local communities, and ensures timely completion, proper defect correction, and orderly handover; thereby safeguarding quality, cost-effectiveness, and value for money for the client and beneficiaries.
The Agriculture Value Chain Development Programme, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (“the client”) now invites eligible consulting firms (“consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services.
