Two contracts in the South were re-tendered after the first process was cancelled. Completion is now expected in the 2027 dry season.

Tree crop rehabilitation

Seedling supply constrained nursery output in 2024. Two additional nurseries came online in 2025 and the gap is closing.

Measurement

Income effects not yet attributable

Household income change is measured at mid-term and endline only. Interim figures are self-reported and treated as indicative.

Methodology

Outreach figures come from the beneficiary register, de-duplicated by national ID where available and by household head and community elsewhere. Hectares are measured by GPS survey at scheme handover. Disbursement figures reconcile to the audited financial statements. Where a figure is self-reported, it is marked as such in the dataset.
