The Government of Sierra Leone has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Adaption Fund (AF), OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) and Toni Blair Institute (TBI), the financing of which is being administered by IFAD towards the cost of Agriculture Value Chain Development Programme (“the client” or “procuring entity”), and intends to apply part of this financing to the purchase for which this request for quotations (RFQ) is issued.

This procurement is financed by , administered by IFAD, and conducted in accordance with the IFAD Procurement Handbook. Complaints about the process may be lodged with the PMU Procurement Officer or the National Public Procurement Authority.
